William "Bill" Eugene Kelley

William Eugene Kelley, age 61, of Williamsport, PA, passed away on September 5, 2018 at his home.

          Bill was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, on April 28, 1957, a son of the late Lawrence & Helen M. Farrell Kelley Jr.  He graduated from the Sullivan County High School, a member of the class of 1976.

          He worked for Fitzpatrick & Lambert as a body and fender technician and also worked for Masonite Corp. His favorite job was working for Wettlaufer’s Logging in the timber industry in Sullivan County for many years. His last job was at Valley View Nursing Center, Montoursville, PA, until disability required his retirement.

          He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding bikes and he also enjoyed country music and line dancing.

          Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Ann Kelley on August 26, 1956, and by a sister-in-law, Vickie Lynne Kelley on November 11, 2001.

          A Graveside Service will be held at St. Basil’s Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

          Funeral arrangements are under the directions of the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA.
