Teresa Marie Hongach

Teresa Marie Hongach, age 57, of Towanda, PA, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at the Robert Packer Hospital, after a lingering illness. 

Teresa was born April 1, 1967, in Sayre, PA, the daughter of the late Emmerson "Chub" & Phyllis O. “Sally” Evans Miller.  

She was a free spirit, and loved reading the Bible and just being herself.

Two sons and daughters-in-law:

Daniel (Elizabeth) Krager Milan, PA 

Nathan (Faith) Krager Wysox, PA 

Two daughters and sons-in-law:

Andi Marie (Jonathan) Ayres Towanda, PA

Nika (Damon) Grippo Sayre, PA 

Grandchildren:

Blaise Shores, and many other grandchildren. 

She was predeceased by her daughter Amber Olinda Miller, and her brother, Douglas “Buddy” Miller. 

ROSES FOR MOM 

If Roses grow in Heaven

Lord, please pick a bunch for me.

Place them in my Mother’s arms

and tell her they’re from me.

Tell her that I love her and miss her,

and when she turns to smile,

place a kiss upon her cheek

and hold her for a while.

Because remembering her is easy,

I do it every day,

but there is an ache within my heart

that will never go away.

There will not be any services.
