Born in Elmer, NJ on May 31, 1962, Lloyd was a son of the late Lloyd Earl Sr. and Pearl Marie (Hubbard) Harrington. He was a graduate of Delsea Regional High School, Class of 1980, in Franklin Township, NJ.
He began his working career as a machinist in the tool and die business for Land Sea Air in New Jersey.
