Mr. Francis Andrews, age 69, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, PA, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on, Monday, September 24, 2018, just one day shy of his 70th birthday.
He was born on September 25, 1948, a son of the late Lee and Margaret Sickler Andrews.
