Robert was born September 15, 1958, in Warminster, PA son of Margaret Burk and the late Joseph Mignon. Robert grew up in Buck’s County and was a truck driver with Eastern Construction of Sellersville, PA before moving to Terry Township in 2000. Surviving: Spouse: Melanie H.
