Daisy was born November 15, 1930 in Sayre, PA a daughter of the late Clyde and Helen Keithline Farr. Daisy worked for GTE Sylvania in Towanda, PA for many years. Daisy was a loving mother and was a very active member of the Wyalusing Post #534 American Legion Auxiliary, Wyalusing, PA. Surviving: Four sons: Allen Fassett Meshoppen, PA Wheaton Fassett Jr. Mehoopany, PA Timothy John Fassett Meshoppen, PA Mark Wheaton Fassett Harpersville, NY Daughter: Kathy Hamar Kirkwood, NY Two brothers: Roland Farr Statesville, NC John Farr Milton, PA Four sisters: Geraldine Farr Madill Tunkhannock, PA Barbara Richter Lovelton, PA Mildred Smith Colley, PA Mary Jane Stephenson Mehoopany, PA Numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons; Stephen Fassett and Wayne Fassett, two brothers, Robert Glen Farr and David E. Farr, three sisters; Evelyn Farr, Shirley Farr and Betty Louise Farr. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 1 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, PA with the Rev. Jean L. Swett officiating. Interment will be in the Wyalusing Cemetery. Friends may call at the Homer funeral home on Thursday, March 20, 2008 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
