Elsa was born in Charleroi, PA on December 3, 1910 a daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Oros Joachim. She married Harry J. Haltmeyer of Trenton, NJ. Elsa and Harry were beauticians and they operated their own Beauty Salon for over 60 years before retiring to Dushore in 1987. Harry predeceased her on April 25, 1995. Elsa was a member of St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, PA. Surviving: Sons and daughter-in-law: Harry F. Haltmeyer Dushore, PA Thomas and Elsie Haltmeyer Glendale, AZ Daughter and son-in-law: Eleanor M. & Anthony Santin Sergeantsville, NJ 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson and several nieces and nephews. Elsa was predeceased by a grandson, Mike Haltmeyer in 1996 and a sister Jean Bakos. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, her pastor, presiding. Memorials are directed to St. Basil’s Church, PO Box 307, Dushore, PA 18614-0307. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the P.
