Alfreda (Freddie) Kaminski, age 89, of Laporte, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at the Highlands Care Center in Laporte, PA. Freddie was born in Kearney, NJ, on January 11, 1916, a daughter of the late Edward & Edna Oleshefski Winciss. She married Henry S. Kaminski of Harrison, NJ on November 27, 1936. Henry predeceased her on October 22, 1996. Freddie was a member of the Laporte Women’s Club. She enjoyed taking care of her family and also enjoyed baking for them and the community. Surviving: Son and daughter-in-law: Henry and Mary Lou Kaminski Clinton Twp., NJ Daughter and son-in-law: Doris and Joseph Pasanchin Laporte, PA Four grandchildren: Eric, Thomas, Daniel, and Christopher, and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2005 at Alfreda’s home on Rt. 42 in Laporte, PA at 12 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
