Livezey, age 87, of Forks Township, PA passed away peacefully on Monday morning, January 26, 2009 at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born, January 25, 1922 in Somerton, PA a son of the late Frank D. and Anna Cornell Livezey. Frank served with the US Navy during WWII. He married the former Carol Renson Livezey who predeceased him in June of 1992. He lived in Kintersville his working life and retired from the Budd Company. He moved to Forks Township, Sullivan County where he was engaged in farming during his retirement years. In his retirement, Frank enjoyed hunting, farming, spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren and helping his son with his garden and tractor pulling contests. He was a lifelong member of the NRA. Surviving: Two sons: John (Lynn) Livezey New Albany, PA Frank (Janette) Livezey Ottsville, PA Daughter: Virginia (Peter) Chapman Roanoke, VA Grandchildren: Jessica Livezey New Albany, PA Genesis Chapman Roanoke, VA Noah Chapman “ Allison Livezey Ottsville, PA Muriel Livezey “ Tyler Livezey “ Kristalyn (Arron ) Basham Forksville, PA 1 great granddaughter, Evelyn and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Bernadine Livezey in 1964 and a brother and sister-in-law:, William & Katherine Livezey and by sisters and brothers-in-law: Ann & William Rew and May and William Clee. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 29th at 12:00 Noon at the Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call on Tuesday, Jan. 27th at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. and on Thursday, from 10:00 to Noon at the Kirk & Nice Funeral Home.
