Arden was born December 28, 1947in Bloomsburg, PA a son of Mabel Irene Weatherill Polk and the late Clayton Stanley Polk of Bloomsburg. He graduated from the Bloomsburg Area High School, a member of the class of 1965. He later received an associate degree in Electronics from the Williamsport Area Community College. He enlisted in the US Air Force and served as a Staff Sergeant during the Vietnam War. He later worked Bloomsburg Milco Inc. Surviving: Mother: Mabel Polk Danville, PA Special Cousins, Patti & Tom Gearhart; Trudy Albertson and family, Nadeen Roberts; Danielle & Jamie Ruckle; Kristy Nunnemaker, Brittney Nunnemaker and Desarae Salzman and numerous other cousins across the country. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 16th, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the First English Baptist Church, Bloomsburg, PA with the Rev. Lee Barnhardt, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Elan Memorial Park Cemetery, Bloomsburg. Friends may call at the First English Baptist Church on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
