OBITUARY
Thomas Fraser Young, age 73, of Dushore, PA passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at his home with his family at his side.
Tom was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 1, 1936 a son of the late George Massey & Doris Stanton Young. He graduated from the Brooklyn Technical School and serviced in the US Army. He began working in the newspaper printing business first with the New York Herald and later was a pressman for the New York Times from which he retired to Dushore in 1990.
He enjoyed the quiet life and the countryside of Cherry Mills where he and his parents have had a residence for many years.

Six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters: Doris Levine of Dushore, PA and Isabel Kranzel of Long Island, NY.
A Transferal Service will be held on Saturday, January 9th 2010 at 10:30 AM from the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Basil's Church, Dushore, PA at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Michael S. McCormick, Assistant Pastor, presiding. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Dushore, PA.
Friends may call on Saturday morning, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
The family will provide the flowers and ask that memorial contributions be directed to the Sullivan County Library, PO Box 309, Dushore, PA 18614.
