Donna was born in Shamokin Dam, Snyder County, PA on November 22, 1942 a daughter of the late Glenn A. & Catherine V. Henry Hane. Donna lived in the Philadelphia area and worked in banking as a check processor, until moving to New Albany in 1971. She worked for the First National Bank of Bradford County for several years until her health issues forced her to retire. She moved to Sullivan Terrace in 1999 where she resided until staying with her daughters for the last several months. Donna devoted her time to her family and friends and could be found regularly sharing a cup of tea engaging in conversation. She loved arts and crafts and was a talented artist as well as a creative gift giver of her many creations. She will be remembered for defying the odds and making every moment of her life a memorable one. Donna was a member of St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, PA. Surviving: Son: Al Genz Brigantine, NJ Two daughters and sons-in-law: Lynn & James Spence Lopez, PA Lori and Kevin Morrison Sugar Run, PA Sister and brother-in-law: Kathleen and William Fow Kissimmee, FL She is survived by her five grandchildren Albert, Alicia, Ashley, Veronica and Jonathan as well as three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Glenn Hane, of Selinsgrove, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sunday, August 3, 2008 at 12:00 Noon at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Mildred, PA with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, her pastor, presiding. A celebration of her life will continue at 1:00 p.m. at St. Francis Hall in Mildred, PA. All family and friends are invited to attend and share in her memory.
