Marion was born March 7, 1917 in Bryn Mawr, PA, the daughter of the late Fred and Amanda Kunkle Mendenhall. Marion married Franklin E. Zigman of Philadelphia, PA on February 15, 1934; he predeceased her on November 21, 1992. Upon her husbands retirement they moved to the Wyalusing area in 1972. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved to sew, read, and do crossword puzzles. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Wyalusing, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic Church, Wyalusing, PA with the Rev. Joseph Manarchuck, her pastor, presiding.
