Margaret was born August 31, 1911 in Beaverton, OR, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Hazel Frost Gustafson. After high school she began working for what is now Firestone Tire. She married Francis Wood in 1927. Margaret worked at Firestone Tire for her entire career, 45 years. She later married William Cobb of Akron, OH, who predeceased her on March 4, 1977. After retiring she moved to Homestead, Fl for 13 years. She then moved to Stevensville, PA, in 1981 to be closer to her family. Margaret moved into the Wyalusing Personal Care Home in 1997, where she resided peacefully for 9 years. Margaret was a member of the Stevensville Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, as well as knitting, crocheting, working with handcrafts, and playing cards. Surviving: Daughter: Dora Blaine Stevensville, PA Sister: Mildred Loek Peachtree City, GA Grandchildren: Tim and Betsy Blaine Stevensville, PA Tamara and Terry E. Cobb Wyalusing, PA Two nieces, 5 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Edna Young. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 26, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 1 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, PA, with Tim Blaine officiating. Interment will be in the East Herrick Cemetery. Friends may call at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 1 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, PA, on Friday from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service.
