Harlan was born January 24, 1946 in Upland, CA son of the late Madison and Arilda Hoffling Lineberry. He traveled across the United States and worked as a Body Shop Manager in Massachusetts and other states. He was an old fashioned American independent minded individual who always made his own decisions. He was a hard worker who always took care of his family and others in need.
