Mae was born in Honolulu, HI on July 30, 1936 a daughter of the late Herbert & Katrina P. Kau Umi. She met James J. Crawford Sr. who was stationed in Hawaii with the U.S. Marine Corps, and they were married September 1, 1956. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this fall. Mae was a loving spouse, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an accomplished homemaker and loved to bake, cook and entertain family and friends. Her greatest joy was to be with her family. She was a member of the New Albany Parish. Surviving: Spouse: James J. home Two sons and daughters-in-law: James J. & Diane Crawford New Era, PA Anthony and Celinda Crawford Morgantown, WV Four daughters and sons-in-law: Katrina (Stella) and Steve Sysock Overton, PA Kuulei Crawford Goodland, KS Shelia Crawford and Bob Davis Wellsboro, PA Sharon & Timothy Kinner Wyalusing, PA Step-daughter: Wanda & Bill Ferrigno Claymont, DE Brother and sister-in-law: William K. & Lynn Umi Mililani, HI Sister and brother-in-law: Linna & Aldon Zinn Goodland, KS Thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson Gary Kobbe. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 16th at 11:00 A.M. at the New Albany United Methodist Church with the Rev. Daniel H. Jordan, her pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, New Albany, PA. Friends may call on Monday, May 15th from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the P.
