Timothy Scott Speary

Mr. Timothy Scott Speary, age 54, of Lost Lake Acres, Dushore, PA passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the Robert Packer Hospital, with his loving family at his side. Tim was born on February 18, 1961 in Scranton, PA a son of the late Russell and Elizabeth Botsford Speary. He attended Sullivan County High School and married the former Barbara Fries on February 14, 1993, they would have celebrated their 23rd anniversary this coming February. Tim worked as a carpenter for Jimmy Gleockner and loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his brothers. He loved music and his Harley Davidson. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend, and will be missed by all who knew him. Surviving: Wife: Barbara Speary, at home Three sons: Roland (Elizabeth) Finch, Allentown, PA Zack (Carla) Speary, Bronte, TX Zeb (Bridgette) Speary, Bronte, TX Two daughters: Erin Finch, Atlanta, GA Elisha (Mario) Minjarez, Bronte, TX Three brothers: Sheldon (Penny) Speary, Lopez, PA Rodney “Rod” Speary, Elgin, SC Mike (Carol) Speary, Williamsport, PA Two sisters: Kathy (Dennis) Yoder, Reading, PA Debbie (Don) Belote, Augusta, GA He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and his two beloved dogs, Yote and Jackie. Tim was preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth Speary and his sister Theresa Hudson. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at St. Pauls United Methodist Church in Nordmont, PA at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Craig Livermore, officiating.
