Thomas Robert Hoffa

Thomas Robert Hoffa, 59 of Oriskany, NY, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the Siegenthaler Center, in New Hartford, NY. Tom was born October 2, 1955 at the Loring A.F.B. in Limestone, ME, a son of Stella Sitas Hoffa and the late Robert Eugene Hoffa. He graduated from the Oriskany High School, a member of the class of 1973. He attended a technical school and was the greenkeeper at Domenico’s Golf Course, Whitesboro, NY for over 30 years. Tom enjoyed working on cars, gardening and was a stamp and coin collector. Tom was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in New Hartford, NY Surviving: Mother: Stella Hoffa Oriskany, NY Sister: Barbara (Robert) Johnson Oriskany, NY Nephew: Brandon E. Scalise Oriskany, NY He was predeceased by his father, Robert E. Hoffa, on April 15, 2012. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA 18614 with the Rev. Phyllis A. Pelletier, pastor of the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Mildred, PA. Family and friends may call at the Homer Funeral Home on Thursday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service.
