Henriette M. Thibault of Whiting, N.J., died Sunday after a brief illness, Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at the home of her daughter, Anne Blake of Gibsonia, Pa. She was 84.
She was born Jan. 9, 1931, in Fall River, Mass., the daughter of Ulric Levesque II and Antoinette Lavoie. On July 3, 1954 she married Rene A. Thibault in Fall River. He preceded her in death on Aug. 22, 1997.
Surviving are eight children: Rachelle Finan (Tom) of New Albany, Pa., Marc (Fran Musgrove) of Ponte Verde, Fla., Robert of Beverly, N.J., Jeanne Thompson (David) Flinton, Pa., Dennis (Debra) of Broomfield, Colo., Sr. Suzanne, C.A. of Frenchville, Pa., Anne Blake (Russell) of Gibsonia, Pa., Margaret Henry of Trooper, Pa.; her brother, Raymond Levesque of Swansea, Mass.; 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Madeleine Paul.
She was preceded in death by sons, Rene P. Thibault; infant twins, Joseph and Joseph; and seven siblings.
Henriette was a graduate of St. Anne Nursing School, Fall River Mass. She was a Eucharistic Minister, member of the choir, a part of the parish nursing program at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting, N.J. She was a resident of Beverly, N.J. for over 35 years and was active in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, in the Altar and Rosary Society, Choir and numerous other activities that her husband, Rene, was involved in, including the Holy Cross H.S. Marching Unit Boosters Assoc. in the 1970's; a member of the Trenton Diocese, Diocesan Choir for over 25 years. She loved to play the piano, sew and play cards. She also had a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
