Taylor Seacrist, age 72, of Dushore, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Highlands Care Center in Laporte, PA        Elaine was born June 18, 1941 a daughter of the late Gerald & Alice Larsen Taylor. She graduated from the Sonestown High School a member of the class of 1959. Elaine was a member of St. Basil’s Church and a member of her Altar & Rosary Society. She was a loving mother and homemaker and her primary interest was her children. In her younger years she loved to dance and cook and be with her friends.               Surviving: Son: Ben Seacrist Ludowici, GA Two daughters: Elaine Anghel Scottsdale, AZ Tracy Tedesco Meridian, ID Two sisters: Marguerite Rossi Fairfield, PA Alice (Edward) Carey Pittsburgh, PA Sister-in-law: Katherine E. Taylor Lock Haven, PA six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Gerald J. “Bruz” who passed away on April 9, 2000.               A Transferal Service will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 5th, 2014 at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, PA with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, pastor, presiding.
