Thomas Miller, age 78, of Wyalusing, PA, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 17, 2013. Gladys was born on March 5, 1935 in Wyalusing, PA, a daughter of the late Thomas and Eva Wilson Thomas. She attended Wyalusing High School, Wyalusing, PA, graduating in the class of 1953, the last class to graduate before consolidating. After school she met and married Bill Miller of Towanda, PA, on October 26, 1959, they would have celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary this year. Gladys was a member of the Wyalusing United Methodist Church where she played the organ and piano from 1953 until retiring in 2010. She was also of also a member of the Wyalusing Musical Society since the mid nineteen-fifties. She loved music, having played in numerous High School and Adult summer musicals over the years. She loved animals, especially her cat Casper. She also was an avid collector of lighthouse figurines. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 21st, 2013, at 11:00A.M. at the Wyalusing United Methodist Church, Wyalusing, PA, with the Rev. Dale L. Russell presiding. Interment will be in the Wyalusing Cemetery. Friends may call from 10A.M. until the time of the service on Monday.
