Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 11, 1956 son of Sonia Patricia Mosca Karcher and the late Bernard Joseph Karcher. He attended local schools and was raised in Croydon, PA. He resided in Wrightstown, Buck’s County and married the former Candace Louise Stacey Vincent of Levittown on March 12, 2008 He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and was a member of the N.R. A. Surviving in addition to his spouse and mother are a step-daughter, Kori Vincent of Chesterfield, MI; a brother, Bernard J (Sandy) Karcher Jr. of Langhorne, PA; two brothers –in-law: Russell Stacey of Levittown, PA and Ronald (Rosella) Stacey of Bayonet Pointe, FL and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Joseph Victor Karcher on April 16, 2008. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the P.
