He was at home surrounded by his family after losing his second battle with cancer due to complications. Bob was born in Abington, Pa on June 8, 1956. He was the son of the late Chester and Mildred (Chellman) Lonsdale. He graduated from Souderton High School, a member of the class of 1974 and completed two years of college at Penn State. He worked as a Miscellaneous Fabrication Manager for Chowns Fabrication of Skippack, PA for many years until moving to Dushore in 2007. He married the former Wendy L. Painter of Linfield on May 4, 2007. In Sullivan County, Bob was a self-employed owner of Phoenix Drafting and lately worked for the Holcombe Group in Mildred, PA. Bob was an avid participant in community service through the years. Locally he was active with the Sullivan County Recreation Association, Relay for Life, and the Sullivan County Bow Festival Association. Other past activities have included; Cub Scout Leader, Youth Coach in baseball, football and soccer, a Volunteer Fireman and Volunteer Emergency Support Services. (Justine) Lonsdale Dushore, Pa One Daughter: Jessica L. Lonsdale (Matt Tucker) Perkasie, Pa Sister: Lisa Trasatti Southampton, Pa As well as: 5 grandchildren, 9 nieces and 6 nephews. He was predeceased by: 3 Sisters; Cheryl, Valerie, and Leah. Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
