Munson, age 61, of Forks Township, Sullivan County, PA passed away on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the Towanda Memorial Hospital, Towanda, PA. Roger was born in Wheeling, WV on July 11, 1949 a son of Evelyn Nash Munson and the late Donald Munson. He graduated from the Downingtown High School, a member of the class of 1967. He graduated from the Bible Baptist College in West Chester and was an ordained minister. He married Patricia D. Cannella of Downingtown on May 22, 1993. Roger was an extremely versatile individual; he taught Vocational Auto Mechanics at the Devereaux Foundation in Glenmoore, he owned and operated Mainline Computers in Frazer, PA, and retired as the Security Supervisor at Siemens Corp., Great Valley, PA. He was a professional skydiver and performed at many air shows in PA, Maryland, and Delaware. He earned his 4th degree black belt in Karate and was also an accomplished scuba diver, machinist, and auto mechanic. He was extremely knowledgeable in electronics and enjoyed motorcycling, the shooting sports, camping, and spending time with his family. He was a member of the East Forks Community Church. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA with the Rev. John A. Wallace, his friend and pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Warburton Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
