Yonkin, age 60, of Cherry Township, Sullivan County, passed away on Sunday, May 01, 2011 at his home after an extended illness. Jerry was born July 8, 1950, a son of the late Morgan & Nettie Hottenstein Yonkin. He graduated from the Sullivan County High School a member of the class of 1969. He married the former Marguerite Y. Chilson of Terrytown on January 26, 1973. Jerry worked for the Cherry Township Supervisors for 38 years before retiring. Surviving: Spouse: Marguerite at home Two brothers: Henry Yonkin Dushore, PA Raymond Yonkin Dushore, PA Sister and brother-in-law: Joan & Ray Koschak Dushore, PA And several nieces and nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St. Dushore, PA on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, officiating. Interment will be in Peace Cemetery, Dushore, PA. Friends may call on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Homer Funeral Home.
