Schrann, age 78, of Sullivan Terrace, Dushore, PA passed away on Friday morning, April 8, 2011 at the Highlands Care Center, in Laporte, PA. Shirley was born August 21, 1932 in Sayre, PA a daughter of the late Daniel & Elsie Weed Dodge. She graduated from the Wyalusing Valley High School in 1952 and was married to Ralph Schrann who predeceased her. She was also married to Richard W. Herrick who also predeceased her in a tragic fire on October 11, 1997. After his death she moved to Sullivan Terrace. Shirley was a member of the Moxie Church and formerly worked at the former Herman V. Rynveld Son’s Corp. in New Albany and also at the former Endicott Johnson Shoe Mfg. Co. in Mildred. She is survived by two sisters, Delena Cassebury of New Albany and Delores Cassebury of Mehoopany, PA and a very special friend, Peggy Anderson of Dushore, PA. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 10:00A.M. at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA with her pastor, the Rev. Howard D. Carr, officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Wilmot, PA.
