Obituary
Mrs. Charlotte (Lottie) B. Sucek, R.N. age 80, of Dushore, PA passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011 at the Towanda Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Lottie was born March 15, 1930 in Hackensack, NJ a daughter of the late Charles & Ella Papa Moldenhauer. She married Joseph J. Sucek of Ridgefield, New Jersey on April 19, 1952 and would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary this coming April. Her dad died when she was young and she went to work at age 14. She was a very hard worker and after raising her children went to Felician College in Lodi, NJ where she earned her degree as a register nurse. She was licensed in both, PA and NJ and worked for many years for the Van Dyk Nursing Home in Ridgewood, NJ.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Mildred, PA. She was the past president of the New Jersey Nightriders Motorcycle Club. She and Joe retired to Dutch Mountain in 1995 and had they home designated as a Habitat where she enjoyed gardening and feeding all the local wildlife.

And several nieces and nephews; she was predeceased by a brother, Albert and a sister, Helen Ackley of New Jersey.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Mildred, PA with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, her pastor, presiding.
Friends may call at the church from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the Mass.
