Jim was born in Muncy, PA on November 13, 1956 a son of the late Constantine & Marjorie Elaine Allen Kulsicavage. He lived in Mildred and attended the Sullivan County High School and worked at the former Endicott Johnson Shoe Mfg. Co. of Mildred, PA. Surviving: Three Children: Sisters: Constance Ballentine Athens, PA Kathy Chase Overton, PA Mary Blokzl Monroeton, PA 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Mildred, PA. Arrangements are under the direction of the P.
